The cabin will sleep 4 people but is best for 2 people. Gas log fireplace, central heat and air, washer and dryer and a small kitchen with new appliances. Relax and unwind on the massive deck with the gas fire pit and a breathtaking view of the beautiful mountains! Conveniently located close to town.

Our trails & woods have been ravaged with 100's of trees down. Many trails are still not cleared. Our 1.5 mile upper ridge trail loop and one river trail are now open. Pastures and fields are mostly cleared and all areas around the cottage are completely cleared with amazing long range views of fields and mountains.

You’ll love the Puddle because of the peace and quiet, the deck, the comfy beds, and the nature. All are welcome including kids and well behaved dogs under 75 pounds. John and I live down the hill from the rental and are both full time artists. Our gallery and studios are open whenever we are home.

Welcome to Outlanders, a cozy mountain home centrally located in historic Burnsville NC. Burnsville is sandwiched between Asheville, Blue Ridge Parkway, Mount Mitchell and many hiking trails. The home is walking distance to the downtown areas' brewery, artists, restaurants, shops and Saturday morning farmer's market (1 to 3 blocks). While at home enjoy the private and secluded back porch, hot tub and/or the outdoor fire pit.
