The Avencas Beach House is an apartment located on the first line of the sea, opposite the Avencas beach and with a fabulous view over the ocean. It is 20 minutes from Lisbon and 10 minutes from Cascais. It consists of a bedroom with two beds (can be converted into a double bed), a living room with full open concept kitchen with a double sofa bed and a W.C. complete with shower and washing machine and dryer. There are several restaurants, cafés, wine houses, available within walking distance.

The house has a lot of natural light and has all the utilities you need to have a comfortable stay. We also have all accessories for a baby. Excellent location between Lisbon and Cascais, situated near academic institutions and investigation center. The train station is just in front of the building.
