A Beautiful view of the water with water access a few steps away. Use of two adjoining living quarters with full amenities in both. NEW THIS YEAR, we have two heat pumps to provide some air conditioning and better heating. A 3-5 minute drive will bring you to charming North Rustico Harbour with groceries, dining, shopping and a beautiful sand beach. Very near local sites: 15 min drive to Cavendish beach, Green Gables, Avonlea Village and golf courses. We are licensed by PEI Tourism.

Designed specifically for this picturesque piece of Prince Edward Island, these new Shipping Container Cottages allow for panoramic views from the end of Queens Point on Tracadie Bay. Fully functional kitchen with efficient tiny home appliances, full bath with corner shower, a Queen bed with a twin above it in the upper container and a twin on the main level. Three decks, two are rooftops. Hot tub is only operational from Sept - June, NOT July and August unless requested in advance.

Looking for a spot just a short stroll to a private rustic ungroomed beach but not on the water. So we don’t have a water view. The view at the beach is spectacular with panoramic view of the Confederation Bridge. We have a new red roof so we are easier to find. It is perfect for a family or a romantic getaway. Air conditioning and deep soaker tub in master suite. We also have lots of space, a large lot, fire pit and outdoor games for all ages.

This cozy-luxurious chalet boasts natural light through its large front windows. Full laundry, 1 and 1 1/2 bathrooms, air conditioning on both levels, wifi and satelite tv. There is a large floor to ceiling three sided fireplace for warming when its cool. Outside shower for when you return from the beach. Numerous food and entertainment options are nearby making this the perfect place to call home during your visit to Prince Edward Island.
