The property is tucked away in a sought after cove location on the grounds of Porthilly Farm, just a short walk across the beach to Rock. This charming little gem is an idyllic coastal getaway perfect for romantic breaks, taking it easy by the sea or for adventurous getaways alike. We run a working dairy and shellfish farm and our oysters & mussels are grown in the estuary.

Our stylish newly built annexe in north Cornwall is a spacious and cosy retreat for two with parking. Enjoy a peaceful and private stay with high ceilings, natural light and a leafy outlook. Wadebridge town is just 10 minutes by foot and the Cornish coast (Rock, Polzeath, Padstow, Port Isaac) only 15 mins by car. With an outside tap to rinse off, our annexe is ideal for cyclists, surfer’s, walkers or windsurfers. Relax on the private patio after a hard day sightseeing. Pets & infants welcome.

Chapel Amble Lodge

Chapel Amble Lodge is a newly built cabin set in the secluded garden of our family home. The lodge has its own access and front door along with small kitchenette and sitting area. The bedroom has its own en-suite shower-room. There is even a private south facing terrace from which to sit and enjoy the peace and quiet. With the nearby gem that is St kew Pub, Chapel Ample is the perfect base from which to explore local beaches, take rugged coastal walks and visit nearby Port Isaac.

The Cornish Bothy

The Bothy is a little slice of paradise, tucked away on the north Cornish coast. This romantic, cosy cottage, is ideal for couples wanting to kick back and switch off. Set over two floors the newly renovated, granite bothy is light and airy in summer, snug and warm in winter. On the edge of a nature reserve and only 10 minutes from the Camel Estuary at Rock, it offers an amazing base to explore the surf beaches, coast paths, moors and restaurants that make Cornwall so special.

The Chalet is hidden at the top of the garden, nestled among trees in a pretty rural setting. With its own good-sized garden, it’s ideal for a relaxed family holiday, particularly for those on a budget. Well-behaved dogs are welcome. The Chalet has two bedrooms and a large, light living area, with space for a small tent for an additional fee. Within walking distance of Chapel Amble pubs, close to North Cornwall’s best beaches, and a short drive from Port Isaac.

The Lugger is a stunning property completed in 2023. Situated up a private bumpy lane, once through the gates you will be free from the hustle and bustle and a lovely quiet space awaits you with off road parking and a sunny patio. It is located at the bottom of our garden, but has separate pedestrian and vehicular access. Only a 5 minute walk into Wadebridge and Camel Trail, the town boasts some lovely independent shops, restaurants, bars and bike hire.

A stylish converted one bedroom luxury barn perfect for relaxing breaks and celebratory stays. Nestled in the Cornish countryside close to Rock, Polzeath & Port Isaac (4 miles & a 10 minute drive). Padstow is about 25 minutes or take the Rock foot ferry. Cider Barn is ideal for exploring Cornwalls stunning beaches, coast paths cycle trails, quaint ports and villages.
