1950's renovated house with lots of original character next to Hawks Nest State Park and close to 2 more State Parks, in a quiet neighborhood and within a few minutes to all the New River Gorge National Park has to offer. 15 minutes from historic Fayetteville and the New River Gorge Bridge, central to whitewater rafting and rock climbing companies. Downstairs is Mothman Cave with air hockey, PS5, T2 arcade game, and more! Outside has a nice fire pit with swings and a hammock under the deck. We'd rate it PG for scariness, so 5-10 year olds might get nervous unless they dig scary movies. It's ~1 mile of Fayetteville and the New River Gorge Bridge.
