Located on the edge of Tracy City, a wonderful place for hiking trails, rock climbing and peaceful natural waterfalls. Only fifteen miles away from the Bluegrass underground. Less than one mile to Firey Gizzard Trail and six miles to Foster Falls and Denny cove. Great for a quiet getaway. Nice deck on the back, cute porch on front. Comes with a gas grill out back, Fire pit and large yard to relax in. If needing a ride to a concert at the Caverns please ask us about our rides availability.

Nature getaway, 5 Minutes from downtown

This is an apartment in the lower area of the house and has its own entry. It has a good size living room, bedroom with only one queen bed and kitchen. Large deck with pond and garden. There are fresh towels and linens, hair dryer, iron, soap, shampoo and some extras in case you forgot anything at home. The kitchen will usually have oatmeal, apple juice, orange juice, bottled water, a Kurig,regular coffee machine with coffee and a french press. Steep driveway but you can park in bottom lot.

This is a 1080 sq ft, 2 bedroom / 2 bath pet friendly (see details below for pets) house with a gas grill, fully equipped kitchen, fully stocked beverage station that host a coffee pot and Keurig, snacks, laundry with detergent, and a fire pit. Smart TV, WiFi, books, and board games. Fur babies are welcome, though please read through all the rules regarding pets. Please note there is a pet fee. This renovated space includes a queen bed, twin bed ( plus trundle) with 1 full bath. Located next to the entrance to Stringers Ridge Trail (currently closed) so bring your bikes and enjoy all our town has to offer. Also the skylight in the bedroom has been removed.
