What started as a love for animals, soon grew into a love for hosting, hospitality, and watching the face of a child light up as they see a goat eye to eye for the first time! Come enjoy your morning coffee in the porch swing and watch the goats play, guarded by Sampson, a lovable Great Pyrenees who happily lives with his 8 friends….Mable, Callie, Mama, Fluffy, Billy, Blanche, Rose, & Dorothy. Plenty of local activities await you nearby from the Ocoee and Hiwassee Rivers for all water attractions. Less than five miles to Lee University, OCI, businesses, and all that Cleveland has to offer.

This charming historic home is a 2 bedroom 1 bath house located blocks from Lee University in the Historic District of Cleveland. It is 40 minutes to the Ocoee White Water Center, 35 minutes to downtown Chattanooga, 1 hour to Blue Ridge, GA. There is a fully stocked kitchen, front porch, back deck patio with fire pit and privacy fence for the pups. Snacks and waters are available upon arrival as well.

Welcome to our place. It's nestled in the heart center of Cleveland, Tn in a secured and quiet neighborhood. It is close to everything , like Lee University (8 mins), OCI (3mins), Ocoee River (21mins), YMCA (5mins), restaurant and shopping stores. As you wake up in the morning you will feel good vibe of the day as each room is facing the east (meaning where the sun arises), we also have a nice patio at the back where you can seat in our sling chair.

If you like to fish, this is the perfect spot for you, as you have direct access to the Hiwassee River. Not a fisherman? Grab a book & relax on the private dock or sun porch. LIMITED INTERNET ACCESS. This is a great place to relax & unplug. The internet in the area is very slow.
