Das Ferienhaus ist in einem ehemaligen Bauernhof, der heute eine Brennereimit einem lieben Hund beherbergt. Im Winter kann somit die Herstellung von Edelbränden live verfolgt werden. Die helle Wohnung lädt auf der Moselhöhe im Maifeld zum Wandern und Erholen ein. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind in kürzester Zeit zu erreichen (Burg Elz, Cochem, Beilstein, Koblenz, Hängeseilbrücke Gayerlei...) Viele Traumpfade der Eifel und der Mosel laden zum Wandern und Entdecken der wunderschönen Natur ein.

Since 2020/21 also with: New 85-inch TV, a great soundbar, new fireplace - and an 11Kw / h EV charging station. Vacation in the Vulkaneifel - a 12 minutes drive from the A1, no "through traffic" and super quiet. 10 minutes to reach Gerolstein and yet so central that there are plenty of hiking opportunities. And you are in 45 minutes in Koblenz or in 30min in the Moselle Valley

Historic vicarage near Nürburgring

The half-timbered house is located in the courtyard of the old rectory of Kirmutscheid/Wirft only 5 minutes from the Nürburgring. The main house was built in 1709 by Baron Gallen zu Assen for the priest and is directly adjacent to the church which was built by Count Ulrich of Nürburg in 1214. The house with approx. 50 sqm of living space has been restored with great attention to detail and renovated only with natural building materials in order not to lose the pleasant indoor climate.

A newly renovated holiday home approx. 17th century ground floor + upper floor is rented. The holiday home is located in Alf and is only a few minutes about 80 meters from the Moselle. The cozy, open living and dining area invites you to relax. The ground floor and upper floor together have a living space of approx. 70m2. Suitable for 4 people! The bedroom and bathroom with shower and toilet are on the upper floor. Sleeps 1x double bed 1x sofa bed on the ground floor for 2 people.

Romantic 17th Century Gingerbread Guesthouse

Wie sagte ein Freund: das ist ja ein Rosamunde-Pilcher-Traum... :) Das Gingerbread Guesthouse is ein 350 Jahre altes Fachwerkhaus im malerischen Städtchen Bacharach. In der 100 qm großen Ferienwohnung soll man sich sofort zuhause fühlen und die unglaublichen Ausblicke auf den berühmten Malerwinkel, die Stadtmauer mit dem Liebesturm und die Burg Stahleck genießen. Mehr Mittelrheinromantik geht nicht.

Bruchsteinhaus in der Vulkaneifel

Schönes, altes Bruchsteinhaus in Sarmersbach in der Nähe von Daun / Kelberg, nicht weit vom Nürburgring. Das frei stehende, frisch renovierte Häuschen aus dem 16. Jahrhundert hat zwei Etagen, eine große Terrasse und einen großzügigen Wildgarten. Es ist perfekt geeignet, um in der wunderschönen Eifel zu wandern, die Maare und die Gegend zu erkunden oder einfach die Seele baumeln zu lassen.

Dieses stilvolle, frisch sanierte historische Bruchsteinhaus aus dem Jahr 1833 in der rheinhessischen Schweiz eignet sich für Familien, Wanderer, Radfahrer und besonders für Hundefreunde. Der über 600 qm große Hof/waldähnliche Garten ist rundum eingezäunt. Der Appelbach fließt mitten durch die kleine Ortschaft. Hunde nutzen diesen auch gerne zum Baden.

Das Ferienhaus "Bienenhäuschen"

Unser Ferienhaus ist ein liebevoll umgebautes, ehemaliges Bienenhaus. Es liegt umgeben von einem großen und ruhigen Garten, mit alten Obstbäumen, vielfältigen Pflanzen und einer Liegewiese. Für Kinder gibt es Platz zum Spielen, eine Schaukel, eine Sandbox und Wippe. Die schöne Umgebung lädt zum Wandern und zu Ausflügen an die nahegelegene Mosel ein.
