When booking our home you will get a conveniently located simple place to unwind. This home is a 3 bedroom 1 bath house located 12 minutes to Lee University, 40 minutes to the Ocoee White Water center, 35 minutes to downtown Chattanooga, 1 hour to Blue Ridge, GA. There is an air conditioned sunroom with a TV and a back deck as well as a fire pit for outdoor entertainment. You will find an open concept and spacious home with a fully fenced in back yard as well as waters and snacks upon arrival.

Your private keypad access and entrance will ensure your ability to come and go as you please. We provide a small fridge, microwave, and a coffee station with snacks for your convenience. Enjoy the porch swing right outside your room with your morning coffee. Enjoy our new fire pit upon request.

The Rustic Secret, apartment

This rustic “tiny apartment” is the secret you wouldn’t even know was there (basement apartment). With kitchen, full bathroom, queen sized bed and convertible couch, this is all you could hope for from tiny space living! We have several books and board games to enjoy your time together and the 50” flatscreen is there, just in case reading and games arent your thing. If you need a quiet place to just get away for a while, or a clean place to lay your head, we’re here to help!

The Urban Cottage has a modern farmhouse feel with bead board throughout the cottage. It is small, cute and yet simple designed with a cozy feel- mixed with old and new elements.
