History meets style in this perfectly located downtown spacious 2 bdrm 2 story (2nd n 3rd story) apartment with a full kitchen. The 2nd floor bdrm has a queen bed and an air conditioner, the 3rd floor bdrm is its own private oasis boasting a queen bed, a desk, closet, air conditioner and futon. Note: A third air conditioner has been added on the 2nd floor. A few blocks to downtown, Mile of Music venues, Performing Arts Center, The Expo Center, Lawrence, parks, river trails, and shopping.

If it's for a weekend getaway, or for the business professional that's needing a long term stay, this is a perfect fit for all. This property is unique for there is only a few like it in Appleton. It's located behind the main house which I reside, but don't let it fool you. It is a quite, private place, with lots of character. When walking in, you get that cozy cottage feel that will make you feel right at home.

Charming Brick House

Welcome to my house, Rosita! Come make yourself feel at home in Little Chute. Walking distance to downtown LC and Doyle park, and a short drive to get on Highway 41 for easy access to Green Bay, Appleton, and more. This is a personal residence, and as such is stocked with most things you would need to feel at home. There are some projects that still need to be done but with a couple longer trips planned we wanted to open it up now in case it could help anyone's stay in the valley!

Less than a 30 min drive to Lombardi field in GB! Property's not lived in, but set up to accommodate groups up to 8 needing a comfortable place to stay. Owners live in the attached home next door. In-ground pool out back is off limits without prior approval from owners due to liability.

Walking distance from parks/pools/beach. Nestled in the the valley between Green Bay and Appleton. 20 minutes from Oshkosh EAA. Great activities and food. Near the Kimberly YMCA and on transit bus line. 5 miles from downtown Appleton. This home is pet friendly with a fenced in backyard. Take the shuttle from Tanners (walking distance) for a low fee upon signup to the Green Bay Packers Stadium! Kayak rentals or water floating mat, available upon request.
