Avonlea Inn is a century home with unique vintage charm! 3 bedrooms (upstairs - 1 king & 1 queen, main floor - 1 queen & queen pullout sofa in living room). Dining room, kitchen, & front porch. Located on same property as our native plant nursery - you are welcome to wander! Renting half the house is possible - please see separate listings for the Rose Suite (2 bedrooms on 2nd floor) or the Bluebell Suite (1 bedroom, pullout, full kitchen on 1st floor). Pets allowed only if renting entire house.

Low ceilings & compact bathroom, but full kitchen and parking for one car. Non-smokers only. No pets - out of consideration for future guests. Guests must be able to climb stairs to access apartment. The Garden Apartment (PSTR Permit #2025-20) is a quiet and relaxing home away from home to enjoy after exploring the Cuyahoga Valley National Park. The Garden Apartment features a large bedroom with queen-sized bed, a den with a large sandstone wood-burning fireplace, full kitchen and bathroom with a shower. You'll surely fall in love with this cozy rental! There is a sandstone patio, which offers a shaded sitting area and grill for outdoor cooking, plus a fire ring for evening bonfires.

The Bronson Barn is located on the grounds behind the home that was originally owned by H.V. Bronson who initially plotted the town of Peninsula. Nestled in the heart of the park, it is walking distance to restaurants, shopping, train depot and bike rental. The national park has hundreds of miles of hiking trails, biking trails, river walks or kayaking, amazing waterfalls, and nature walks to see wildlife. You can also enjoy the ski resort located a few miles away for any winter sports!
