Twenty five minute drive to Sevierville, Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. The peaceful side of the Smokies awaits. Home is conveniently located just off I-40.

The kitchen is fully stocked with all appliances including a Keurig, microwave oven, and toaster. The Lake House sits on a quiet road but is convenient to both I-40 and the Parkway in Sevierville.

The dock does NOT have water at it during winter/early spring drawdown (typically Oct–April). Guests can still walk to the shoreline.
