Black Bear Lodge

We require 24 hours notice when booking. The lodge is 15 minutes from Fredericton city limits in Noonan approximately 2 km in the woods on a private road. It runs on solar and wind power with backup generator. We offer skating, snowshoeing, hiking and boating depending on the weather. Fishing is also offered at an additional cost. There is a stand up shower and sink in the bathroom with hot and cold water as well as a toilet, a propane stove and fridge in the kitchen. Woodstoves for heat.

Meadow’s Ridge Riverfront Cottage

A cozy cottage on the Miramichi River; a country getaway, close to urban amenities! Enjoy a private hot tub, with views of the river! A short trail leads to a private salmon pool. There is lots of opportunity for outdoor adventure, including; fishing, swimming, kayaking, canoeing, snowmobiling, four-wheeling and hunting. A covered porch, bbq and fire pit make for a relaxing time amongst the birch trees! Sleeps 5-6 people comfortably, but is equipped to fit up to 8. A quiet place to unwind!

Grainfield cottage is the newest edition to Hambrook Point Cottages. Built as a replica of the original Homestead cottage and features all the historic details, with a larger loft and full bathroom. Located at the confluence of the south west Miramichi and Renous rivers, the story and a half cottage features most amenities and more including wood burning stove and veranda with swing. The cottage has two bedrooms and bathrooms with a large wraparound deck that leads you to a 200 ft private sand beach with dock. The cottage is fully equipped with Wi-fi, TV with Amazon fire Stick, BBQ as well as a washer and dryer. Come relax on the beach, or in the hammock. Cool off with a swim or fish off the dock. End the day with a bonfire on the beach.
