We are located 5 miles NW of downtown Traverse City, nestled in the middle of wine country (the closest winery is 4 minutes away (Brengman Brothers), the TART trail is a block away, we are just minutes from Grand Traverse Bay Beaches, and about 25 minutes to Fishtown or Sleeping Bear Dunes.

It has a queen-size bed and a full-size pull-out sofa bed. There is a full bathroom with a step-in shower, a picnic area, propane grill, and a shared fire pit. Propane, fire wood, and kayak use included.

You’ll love my place because of the location, the ambiance, the neighborhood, the outdoors space, and the people. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers.
