And it is only a 15 minute walk to Lagos old town, the marina and lots of nice restaurants. The kitchen and the 2 bathrooms were renovated recently and the furniture is brand new. Quiet neighborhood with very light traffic, palm trees, nicely gardened areas and lots of parking. The Country Club (where pools, jacuzzi, tennis and bar are located) is a short 5 minute walk away. The indoor pool is heated from November to April. You can enjoy multiple nearby beaches within a 5 minute drive.
