Existe uma esplanada no exterior com uma churrasqueira e mesa para 8 pessoas, uma cama de rede para desfrutar as tardes de sol ouvindo os passarinhos ou se preferir a sua playlist favorita com sistema de música ambiente Bluetooth. Na propriedade existem dois espaços com acesso ao jardim e piscina exterior Dentro do complexo existe sempre alguém disponível para o informar ou esclarecer em tudo aquilo que for necessário, desde sugestões a lugares a visitar de grande interesse cultural artístico ou gastronómico que existe na região. Tipo estúdio para duas pessoas a 150 metros da praia de Buarcos. Acesso por escadas. Próximo existem restaurantes, supermercado, lojas e parques de estacionamento. Na marginal da praia podemos fazer caminhadas ou corrida. Tem terraço com vista para o mar, é muito agradável para observar o pôr do sol. No interior tem ar condicionado e o bloco de cozinha está equipado. O meu espaço é bom para casais ou estadias individuais. Taxa turística 1,5€ por pessoa por noite (máximo 7 noites)
