Our house is very private as it sits on top of the mountain 1/2 mile away from the main road on 60 acres with views of Lake Fontana. The house can accommodate 16 comfortably with 3 king beds, 2 queen, 2 sleeper sofa’s and 4 twin beds. It’s perfect for a family or friend vacation. Lake access is just a short walk away. The public boat ramp is just a mile away. The driveway is steep and curvy so an all wheel or 4 wheel drive is recommend. Located 30 min. From railway station. No pets

Fontana Lake Cottage: waterfront cozy getaway!

Relax with the family at our beautiful cottage on Fontana Lake! You'll love sitting on our deck overlooking the lake, and walking down to the water's edge to go for a swim or launch one of our kayaks. This peaceful cottage features a full kitchen, washer & dryer, a huge stone fireplace, air conditioners, an outdoor shower, and a gorgeous view of the water. Pets are welcome with a $25 fee. Very close to Tsali Recreation Center, Cherokee, and Nantahala Outdoor Center. Come on out to relax & play.

Cozy Mountain Cottage

Nestled in the Summer Hill gated community at Lake Glenville, the main level has an open living area with a large sectional couch, breakfast bar off the kitchen, and dining area. The master bedroom has a king size bed with a TV. The loft functions as a second bedroom with a bunk bed and a pull-out trundle. The sleeping areas have separate entrances to a shared bathroom. There is an upper and lower deck, gas and wood burning fire pits, charcoal grill, Green Egg, and a hammock to hang outdoors.

Blackberry Cottage at Santeetlah

Blackberry Cottage is a beautiful mountain getaway near Lake Santeetlah and surrounded by acres of Nantahala Forest. A great place to relax, connect, and get outdoors - whether it is swimming, paddling, fishing, hiking, or biking! Close to Joyce Kilmer Memorial Forest and Cherohala Skyway. A 10 minute walk to the lake and adjacent hiking trails. Enjoy your time lounging on the screened-in porch, cooking out on the griddle, sitting by the fire pit on the back deck, or soaking in the hot tub.

Mountain Lake House [Kayaks & Paddleboards]

Welcome to PaddleFin! You will enjoy the beautiful lake and mountain views from the large deck on the house and a deck close to the water. This is a peaceful retreat - cell phone service is not available or very limited, no Wi-Fi, and no TV service. We allow A MAXIMUM of 4 guests! There is one king bed and one queen bed. We currently have two kayaks (one single and one two-person), two paddleboards, and a canoe available for use by our guests. Paddles and life jackets are included.
