With a nod to the ease, optimism and aesthetic of mid-century California, Casa Paloma is a 3 bedroom vacation bungalow in Braunton, North Devon. Beneath a mono-pitch roof that evokes Palm Springs style, a vaulted ceiling in the open-plan kitchen, diner and den creates an airy spot for living and lounging. The south-facing garden frames the view of sand dunes in the distance, while outdoor decking, seating and cooking facilities extend the oceanside vibe. Saunton Beach is a 5 minute drive away.

Come and enjoy a rural retreat in our newly converted barn with unrivalled views over Exmoor and a cosy chic interior. Situated privately within a working farm, relax on the spacious patio, secluded garden or in the luxury hot tub. Each bedroom has a spacious ensuite with stand alone bath and walk-in shower. Underfloor heating and a cosy wood-burner. There is an EV charger at the barn. Beaches and moorland all within a half hour drive. Being within a working farm, sadly we cannot allow dogs.

The house is situated beside the North Devon Tarka Trail and has outstanding views of The River Taw and just 5 miles from lovely Sandy Beaches. IMPORTANT INFORMATION Our Villa is not a party venue! You can also enjoy your own enclosed terrace with hot tub and you'll have unrestricted views of Woolacombe Beach, which is just a 30 second walk from Parade House.

Putsborough surfing beach is a 25 minute walk via fields or via a lane. or 5 minute drive. The Kings Arms and 17th century Rock Inn serving gastro pub food are 1 minute and a 4 minute walk away.
