Olá! Somos a Sónia, Élio e a nossa filha Beatriz. O nosso objetivo é tornar as vossas férias inesquecíveis!! Sejam bem vindos à nossa casa!! A "casinha da Beatriz" está localizada em Santana, terra das casas típicas, ex-libris e cartaz turístico da ilha da Madeira. Eram casas compostas por um sotão, onde se guardavam os produtos agrícolas, e piso térreo com a área habitacional. Reconstruímos uma destas "casinhas"típicas, datada de 1950, com todo o conforto dos tempos atuais. Tem vista mar/serra.

Casa dos Netos- espaço de luz e vista panorâmica

A "Casa dos Netos" é um apartamento privado situado no 4 piso do edifício, com elevador. Este apartamento tem 130 m2, dividido por 2 quartos de dormir, cozinha, sala e quarto de jantar comuns, 2 casas de banho (uma delas privativa do quarto 1) e 3 varandas. Tem estacionamento privado, no prédio. O apartamento está exposto a sul, podendo desfrutar de excelentes vistas sobre a cidade e sobre a baía do Funchal. Está perto do centro, junto a uma pastelaria e não longe de restaurantes, museus,etc.

A beautiful and spacious house to enjoy your holiday in Madeira. From the private pool & BBQ terrace there are breathtaking ocean views over the bay of Funchal. The Botanical Gardens are 10 mins walk away and there is a bus stop 30 seconds away, taking 5mins to the centre. 3 mins walk away there is a restaurant, Sesamo bakery & mini supermarkets. The Aerobus stop is also a few minutes walk away. Not suitable for children under 12 years and no pets. Construction work is happening in the area.

Old Wine Villa

Welcome to Paradise! Come stay at our cozy Villa with a splendid Atlantic ocean view by the infinity pool! This house was first built in 1932 and since then it has been know as "Casa do Vinho Velho", "The Old Wine House". My great-grand mother used to tell stories about the old man "Vinho Velho" and his passion for his wine and agriculture. The house has been updated but we have kept old features, like an old brick oven in the kitchen and 3 stone rocks for vine hanging in the living room!

Located in the north-western part of the island ,its an amazing location protected by conservation laws that have kept the area free of over development. With epic mountain and sea-views (the photos don't do it justice) the tents are located 450m above the coastline. If a place to relax and unwind is what you after then this would be the place to come to. There are also some amazing levada walks to explore in the area.There are three tents on the property so you might have neighbours.

This apartment with 103 square meters is located on the second floor and divided in two floors. In the lower floor, there is a bedroom with queen-size bed, a spacious bathroom with shower and a french balcony. In the upper floor, there is a large living room with sofabed (capacity for 2 guests) fully equipped kitchen, laundry, bathroom with shower and a charming balcony where you can have your meals.
