Vroeger was dit deel van de boerderij het woongedeelte van de familie, wat terug te zien is aan de authentieke Portugese tegelvloeren, gerenoveerde houten luiken en het plafond-ornament in de hal. Nu is het een zeer sfeervolle, comfortabele vakantiewoning, gelegen tussen fruitboomgaarden en 4km van vissersdorp Fuseta, strand en de lagunas van de Ria Formosa

Dans le coeur historique de Tavira. Quartier très calme. Proche du Château ainsi que du Rio Gilao. Maison de charme de 80m2. Très confortable, terrasse pour vos repas. A proximité des commerces et restaurants. A 5mn à pieds du Mercado Municipal et de l'embarcadère pour Ilha de Tavira. Toutes les commodités du centre ville dans une maison typique portugaise. Casa Rustica (has interior similarities with the chalets, mainly with its beautiful sloping wooden ceiling) is located in the heart of Olhão, located in one of the most typical neighborhoods of the city, it stands out from the others for its flowerbeds. A takeaway with typical and varied Portuguese food is 60 meters from the accommodation. Restaurants, bakeries, mini markets...( 100 mts) Markets, marina, ferry boat.. A cama está localizada num mezanino pelo que é necessário subir escadas. O apartamento está muito bem equipado. Mesmo no centro da cidade mas numa zona tranquila este apartamento é ideal para quem gosta de se deslocar a pé para as coisas do dia-a-dia pois tem todos os serviços de que pode necessitar a curta distância.
