Perfect location for seeing all of adorable Lake Geneva! Most of our guests don't need a car at all during their stay! Our renovated private downstairs unit is perfect for those wanting to be tucked away within a quiet residential neighborhood but within walking distance to all Lake Geneva has to offer! The lake path is only 3 blocks away for hike around the lake path! Downtown shopping, the beach & amazing restaurants all within walking distance, you won't need a car! It's time to book a stay!!

Como Lake house with boat and motor included

Because this property is located at the end of Lake Como and at the end of a private road it offers seclusion and intimacy while being only 3 miles from downtown Lake Geneva. The lake is great fishing for largemouth bass as well as northern pike, a 16' 3" foot aluminum fishing boat with a 10 hp motor is available at no extra charge as well as a canoe and 2 kayaks . The pier goes in May 1st and comes out sometime after October 15 otherwise the boats without a motor can be launched from shore.

Along with the house you get access to the HOA covered private beaches and playgrounds nearby. There is also a bar and grill down the street with live music. Welcome to The River Birch Cabin, located in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin. Featured in Madison Magazine, this 1966 A-Frame is located two blocks from Lake Como and minutes from downtown Lake Geneva. It has many amenities including the Little Birch A-Frame playhouse for the kids and an outdoor firepit. The River Birch is just a 20 minute drive to Alpine Valley for snow skiing and summer concerts!
