Although there isn't much room to roam on the property itself, there is access to the Pere Marquette Rail Trail only a short drive North. The cabin is just off the highway in farm country, and is described as peaceful with a cozy interior. You may however hear some road noise if you are relaxing outside. Enjoy stunning views of Tittabawassee River! 3 bedrooms (1 king & 2 queen beds) and a set of bunk beds in the sunroom, sleeps 8. 2 full baths. Finished garage/game room, gazebo, fire pit and gas log fireplace. Close to 5 area wedding venues! Easy access off M-61 on a paved road. Currently we enjoy the natural flow of the Tittabawassee River but please note that there no good access point to get on/in the water. Restoration of the dam creating the lake is estimated to be complete in 2026.

This home was created for my wife (Sarah) after we received difficult news of her cancer diagnosis (Ewing Sarcoma) while pregnant. We were able to create an uplifting environment to support her as she battled courageously. Unable to leave the home much, we decided to bring life's beauty to her within the home and around the property. Sarah was the ultimate host who loved to bring people together. We now visit for my little kids to remember their mom. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do!

Sunflower Cove 3 Bed/2 Bath Lakehouse of Gladwin

Reserve your summer paradise now on 345 acre Wiggins Lake in Gladwin, Michigan. Bring your water toys and vehicles to boat or fish, or just relax lakeside. Enjoy your morning coffee on the deck overlooking the water. We also have corn hole boards, croquet set, golf clubs, fishing rods and many board games for your enjoyment. Also included is an outdoor fire pit with chairs ideal for s’mores…kayaks, island float, and paddle boat too. Many restaurants are within 15 minutes of the lake house.

Kitchen is equipped with everything you need (small appliances, pots & pans, utensils, etc). Dining table with family games. Right across the street from the lake on the south shore. Located within walking distance to restaurants, stores, ice cream shop, etc. Half a block lake access for ice fishing and snowmobiling. No pets please.

Just South of Heaven is located near Clare, Michigan, the “Gateway to the North”. A great place to enjoy all the activities that Northern Michigan has to offer. This 2 bedroom, 1 bath home gives you full access to 10 acres of property with a large yard and 2 car garage. Hosts Luke and Angie live next door with 2 sons, 1 very friendly dog and 2 cats. Au Sable River Getaway

One mile from the Mason Wilderness Tract, view eagles, deer and other wildlife out the front door, relax beside the peaceful South Branch of the Au Sable, a trout stream (catch and release, please), hunt in fall, enjoy cross-country skiing at several nearby trails including the 12-mile-long Mason Tract Trail, ski rentals, lessons and trails nearby.
