The A-Frame at Finch Creek - Secluded w/ Hot Tub

Welcome to the A-frame at Finch Creek. A one-of-a-kind Northern Michigan getaway overlooking Finch Creek and completely surrounded by the Grass River Natural Area. We renovated this 1970s cabin from the ground up and designed it to feel open and connected to the landscape. With 20-foot vaulted ceilings, massive picture windows, a fireplace to curl up next to, and just minutes from some of the most stunning lakes in the state, it’s the perfect home base for exploring or doing nothing at all.

Tranquil 3-bedroom lakeview retreat with hot tub

This spacious, newly-remodeled hillside home offers your family a tranquil space to relax and enjoy all that Northern Michigan has to offer. Just one mile north of the charming village of Suttons Bay, you will be within minutes of Grand Traverse Bay, the gorgeous Suttons Bay beaches, many local wineries and breweries, the TART bike trail, and Sleeping Bear Dunes Lakeshore. When you are done adventuring, you can relax and enjoy the Lake views from the large deck or the 6-person hot tub.

Soo House

Soo is a very fun cedar shake cabin on 15 forested acres, surrounded by trails, a loon call from Glen Arbor. This scandi-eclectic, cozy spot is a dappled dirt road away from Port Oneida/Good Harbor Bay Beaches and Pyramid Point. Soo stewards a half-mile of private trails on the property itself and borders 27+ miles of maintained MTB/hike/ski trails via the Palmer Woods and Krumwiede Forest Reserves. Soo is the unique family basecamp for your Sleeping Bear Nat'l Lakeshore adventures!

The Sweetbriar

This beautifully remodeled 100-year-old home was taken down to the studs and is now essentially brand new. Clean, new home (in 2020) with 6-person hot tub is less than a 4-minute walk to Lake Michigan, and 3-minutes to downtown Empire. In the heart of Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore and its amazing trails, there is over 1400 square feet of indoor living space, plus 1000 sq feet of covered decks. The location offers easy access to a variety of outdoor recreation, Leelanau Wineries, and is 25 miles to Traverse City shopping and nightlife or 25 miles to Crystal Mountain Skiing!

Wild Raspberry Cottage

Sleeping Bear National Park experience. This cottage is the heart of a tall forest preserved on a lot in downtown Glen Arbor. You’ll find you are looking out at huge trees and yet steps from Cherry Republic, the River Club, and travel down the block in any compass direction to arrive at Lake Michigan, Glen Lake, or the Crystal River! Has a firepit, but also a well appointed kitchen and the biggest covered porch. If you fit our bikes, borrow them!

The open floor plan of the house is designed around the natural setting of the property and facilitates a 270 degree view of Grand Traverse bay and the surrounding orchards. Large windows offer the experience to be close to nature through all seasons and the wrap-around porch extends the living space to the outdoors.

Newly renovated waterfront home on Silver Lake, one of the most beautiful lakes around Traverse City in Northwest Michigan. Enjoy the lake view from the living room and all three bedrooms.
