Part of, Grade II listed, Churchtown Farm (a non working Farm) dating from 1690. Located in the lovely village of St Ewe, with its 16th century pub, offering great food, approx. 1 mile from the Lost Gardens of Heligan & 3 miles from the traditional fishing village of Mevagissey. Several pristine sandy beaches, The Eden Project, Caerhays and The Hidden Hut are also all nearby.

Sandy Feet Retreat...A lovely touring caravan, in a private garden, with a stunning sea view.

Sandy Feet Retreat is a basic,clean,warm caravan situated in the front garden of our house,Pine Ridge. It sleeps two,in a double bed,plus a child in the seating area. There is a kitchenette. All with sea views. There is a small bathroom, with a basin, shower, and cassette toilet (emptied and refilled each day by ourselves.) All bedding is provided. It is not perfect, but it is clean and dry,comfy and quiet with stunning views. It has a one ring electric hob(no grill/oven) microwave and fridge.

Unwind and relax in this historic gem of a home. There has been a mill on this site since 1298 and in 2019 we completely refurbished the current 18th century milll to a very high standard to ensure a truly comfortable and magical getaway. You'll be surrounded by trees, bird song and the constant sound of running water and the sight of our resident heron by the waterfall. The mill lies in a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in Daphne du Maurier country, on the Fowey estuary.

Despite the remote nature, there is also high speed WIFI and a TV for cosy nights in, as well as a selection of books for keen readers.

A beautiful detached annexe set in the garden with your own entrance and wonderful views out to sea. Near Heligan Gardens and within walking distance to Hemmick beach and the South West coastal path. Own parking area and entrance with a few steps up to a terraced area and entrance to the annexe. Director chairs provided to take in the view. Small kitchenette (No sink or hob) with all the electrical provisions, including a fridge freezer.
