The Old Dairy is a beautiful self-contained little cottage with a secluded patio & sunny garden enjoying stunning views. Part of, Grade II listed, Churchtown Farm (a non working Farm) dating from 1690. Located in the lovely village of St Ewe, with its 16th century pub, offering great food, approx. 1 mile from the Lost Gardens of Heligan & 3 miles from the traditional fishing village of Mevagissey. Several pristine sandy beaches, The Eden Project, Caerhays and The Hidden Hut are also all nearby.

Upper Stables is a romantic hideaway nestled in the private countryside of Carclew on the outskirts of Mylor, in easy reach of creeks, beaches and Falmouth. The stables have been lovingly refurbished and boast wood fired hot tub, beams, woodburner, luxurious bathroom - roll top bath and rain shower and a large well equipped kitchen. There are many lovely spots to enjoy; meadow for sundowners, private 1 mile walk - perfect for dog owners, fenced garden with barbecue and fire pit for star gazing.

Little House (sleeps 2/3) is in the Roseland Peninsula Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Near South West Coast Path and stunning Portholland and Carne beaches. Bedroom/living room (double bed + sofa bed), shower room, kitchenette. Private, with own fenced in garden, lovely views. (Driveway shared with main house.) Fast broadband, 43in smart TV (Netflix, Prime etc). EV charger and hot tub, both charged separately - pls request in advance. Hot tub: £15 first night, £5 each subsequent night.

Stay in our beautifully renovated Grade 2 listed lodge, just a few level steps from the picturesque and authentic working harbour, adorned with cobble streets lined with restaurants, bars and boutique shops. Swallow Cottage is centrally located in a quiet village but not far from many popular attractions. There are two bedrooms, shower room, well equipped kitchen/diner open plan lounge. There is a pub and village store (open until late!) within easy walking distance Sticker is on the edge of the beautiful Roseland Peninsula, and within easy driving distance of Charlestown, Heligan Gardens and the Eden Project. The nearest beach is within a short drive of 10 minutes. We welcome dogs. (Max 2)

Unwind and relax in this historic gem of a home. There has been a mill on this site since 1298 and in 2019 we completely refurbished the current 18th century milll to a very high standard to ensure a truly comfortable and magical getaway. You'll be surrounded by trees, bird song and the constant sound of running water and the sight of our resident heron by the waterfall. The mill lies in a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in Daphne du Maurier country, on the Fowey estuary.
