Only a short drive to Niagara Falls, Beaver Island Beach or State Park, our retreat is steps from the Niagara River & bike path. Contact host for docking arrangements or just enjoy watching the boats glide into the marina or take a stroll to the pier. You will have plenty of space to yourself & find the break you deserve. Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located flat. This is a 1st floor, cozy flat including a fully equipped kitchen, bath, living room and bedroom as well as in unit laundry. Off Street parking with easy access to your flat. It is located two streets in from the Niagara river between Niagara Falls and Buffalo. Enjoy the gardens, a nice fire at the fire pit, with full access to our patios, the bike trails, great dining in walking distance. Come to relax and escape for a while!

This spacious first floor apartment is steps away from historic Pine Woods Park and minutes from the farmer's market and the Erie Canal eateries. Just 20 minutes to the falls and most other locations. This apartment has 2 bathrooms 1 w/ a shower and 1 w/ a claw-foot soaking tub. The kitchen is fully equipt with a gas stove. The small living room has couch / flat screen and is next to private work area. 2 generous size bedrooms the larger has a king size bed. Washer & dryer access in basement.

One bedroom has a queen bed and the other bedroom has a single bed with a pull out single "trundle bed" underneath. All have new mattresses and linens (June 2021). The apartment is bright, spacious, and well equipped. Located on popular Hertel Avenue, there are many restaurants, bars and shops within walking distance.
