The S-Bahn Station "Gröbenzell" is 5 Minutes by walking away and it takes 20 minutes to go to the inner city. I try to do my best to make my guests feel home and get in touch with our local sights, beer and culture. You'll have a kingsize bed for 2 persons (180cm x 230cm), one queensize bed (140cm x 230cm) for 2 persons and one more floor mattress (140cm x 230cm) for 2 persons to sleep. There are bakeries, supermarkets and restaurants in walking distance. The balcony is perfect for relaxing.

The maisonette with 2 balconies (midday and evening sun) and separate entrance invites you to experience the Ammersee: In 12 Min. you can take an idyllic stroll across fields (mountainview) to the Stegen bathing area with jetty, restaurants and beer gardens with evening sun! The location is ideal for cycling and swimming also in the Wörth and Pilsen lakes. The centre can be reached on foot in 6 Min.. Munich can be reached in ca. 25 Min. (35 km), Neuschwanstein and Zugspitze in approx. 90 Min.

Die Unterkunft befindet sich ca. 15 Gehminuten von der S-Bahn entfernt, welche in ca. 20 Minuten direkt ins Zentrum von München fährt. Supermarkt, Bäckerei, Metzger, verschiedene Restaurants sowie eine Bushaltestelle sind innerhalb von 500 Metern erreichbar. Das Appartement befindet sich im Untergeschoss eines kleinen Mehrfamilienhauses mit 6 Parteien. Es gibt einen eigenen Eingang. Durch die Abböschung und ein großes Fenster gelangt viel Licht in das Zimmer. Es gibt keine Kochmöglichkeit.

Gemütlicher Bauwagen in Seenähe - Tiny House

Gemütlicher Bauwagen zum Wohlfühlen, im Garten mit Birn- und Apfelbäumen und mit zwei Laufenten. Idyllisch zu jeder Jahreszeit. Zum See geht es aus dem Gartentor, über die Strasse und noch 150m..., dann steht man am Badesee, Rundgang um den See 1,5 km. Autark im Bauwagen. Eine Selbstversorgerküche und ein separates Bad befinden sich im Nebengebäude, eigene Nutzung (nicht im Wohnhaus der Familie). Wir (Gesa und Christoph mit unseren beiden Kindern) wohnen im Haus auf demselben Grundstück.

Nettes Studio / Einliegerwohnung in Bahnhofsnähe

Wir bieten unsere schöne Einliegerwohnung im Dachgeschoss unseres renovierten Doppelhauses mit Garten an. Die Einliegerwohnung mit eigenem Badezimmer (Dusche / WC) und kleiner voll ausgestatter Küchenzeile verfügt über alles was man für einen kurzen Aufenthalt benötigt. Wir wohnen selbst im Erd-/Obergeschoss, sprechen Deutsch, Englisch, Russisch, Türkisch, und ein wenig französisch. Bei euerer Buchung erklärt bitte etwas genauer was ihr vor habt und wer genau anreisen wird. Danke!

Nimm die ganze Familie mit in diese tolle Unterkunft mit viel Platz. Du bekommst eine komplette Wohnung im Dachgeschoss unseres Hauses in einer ruhigen Wohngegend am Rande von München. Mit der S-Bahn (Haltestelle nur 6 Gehminuten entfernt) bist du in zwanzig Minuten im Bahnhof von München. Du hast eine eigene Küche, Schlafzimmer, und Bad (das Bad ist an das Schlafzimmer angeschlossen) Wir (meine 3 Kindern, Hund und ich) wohnen im Erdgeschoß und wir teilen uns das Treppenhaus.

Garden....living, close to Munich!

My non-smoking home is in the green Gröbenzell, you can easily walk in a few minutes to Munich. Public transport is available. There are several restaurants nearby (Chinese, Greek, Italian, Bavarian) The apartment has a garden. Directly behind the house (10 meters!) Is an exclusive gym with wellness area (fee / day about 18 euros). Many shopping possibilities (Aldi, Lidl, Kaufland, Deichmann, Tengelmann etc.) within 5 minutes walk.
