Cozy & very clean waterfront home, perfect for a couples getaway. Property is overlooking the Saint Andrews Channel with access to a small private wharf. Unfortunately you cannot dive from or dock boat on wharf. Ideal for swimming, kayaking, paddle boarding, canoeing or simply just putting your feet up and relaxing. After a day on the water relax in front of a small campfire and watch the boats returning for the evening as the sunsets. A perfect, well deserved day of peace, calm and tranquility.

The space is equipped with Geothermal for heating & cooling. Children and pets are welcome but please be respectful of space.

Black Rock Stables was built as an equestrian facility; however, the focus is now on providing small scale dog/cat boarding and the breeding of healthy and happy Scottish terriers. This cottage is quaintly tucked in the woods but only a ten minute walk to the shore and a beautiful sandy beach. We are also a 5 minutes stroll to the Bird Island Boat Tours.
