This small house is peacefully and centrally located near Stockholm C. The cottage is newly built with kitchen(dishwasher), living room, bedroom, bathroom(washing machine). It takes a few min. to walk to the subway Mörby C. and it takes 15 min. by subway to Stockholm C, 10 min to University. The cottage is very child-friendly with a playground and no car traffic. In the loft there are 2 beds (90x200, new, comfortable). If you are more than 2 adults, someone must sleep in the loft. Inconvenient?

This 130 years old cottage is about 90 m2. It's modern, however furnished in a way to give a cosy atmosphere. The bottom floor; a kitchen and dining room with a classic wood stove, a living room and a bathroom. Your own garden and a large wooden deck to sunbathe, or barbecue. Beautiful area, a crystal clear lake for bathing 200 m away, bordering a nature reserve to enjoy nature. The sea at the dock ~ 700m. 30 mins to Stockholm by "Waxholmboat", bus or car. The archipelago in the other direction.

Stockholms central tar 7 minuter med tåg. På promenadavstånd finns Mall of Scandinavia med över 200 affärer/resturanger samt strövområden runt sjöar och skog. En gratis parkeringsplats ingår i anslutning till huset. Studion är totalrenoverad, komplett kök och tvättmaskin finns. Mataffär finns vid tågstationen 7 minuters promenad.

Our boat is suitable for couples who like to surprise or celebrate their partner, adventurers who want to get close to the nature and to still be near Stockholm. A canoe is avalible in summertime. We also offer an add-on spa & wood-heated sauna in eveningtime.

Welcome to our cosy Loft that we just built! The loft is built above our garage beside our house and it accomodates you for a short stay of 2-3 people/small family or a longer stay of 1-2 people. Cot bed and child chair is available. The loft is located in a calm neighbourhood by the forest. Communications are great with commuter train and buses close by. Going by car to Stockholm takes about 15minutes. Car charging up to 50kWh/day is included. Let us know if you have any questions!

Det är ett vardagsrum, en liten köksvrå, ett sovrum med tv och arbetsplats, en stor toalett med dusch och bastu som kan nyttjas för en extrakostnad på 10€ (120SEK) per tillfälle och garage med multigym. cyklar finns att låna, te, kaffe och mjölk finns. Välkomna till vårt mysiga och fridfulla hus där hela familjen kan koppla av. Huset som ligger bara 15 minuter från centrala Stockholm och 5 min från Täby C har tre sovrum, två badrum, TV-rum, stor kök/allrum, matrum samt två dedikerade arbetsplatser. Direktaccess från kök och vardagsrum till inglasad uterum och terrass med en stor härlig bubbelpool för 6 personer. Huset är perfekt för par och familjer. Modern massagestol, hemmagym, fiber bredband 500/500 samt laddstation till bilen.

Fullt utrustad lägenhet, 25 kvm.

Lägenheten är en av 6 lägenheter som byggdes 2020 och har bara hyrts ut under kortare perioder tidigare. Den är fullt utrustad med alla husgeråd som behövs inklusive diskmaskin, vattenkokare, micro, TV med Chromecast, tvättmaskin med torktumlare, lakan, täcken, kuddar, handdukar och har tillgång till gratis wifi. Vi tillåter max en person boende i lägenheten. Hyran är inklusive moms.

Nybyggt attefallshus 30m2 + loft 11 m2 med alla bekvämligheter i Sollentuna 9 km från Stockholm. 15 minuters promenad till pendeltåg. Huset ligger i Helenelund/Fågelsången med närhet till Järvafältet. Huset ligger bara ett par kilometer från en trevlig strand i Edsviken och 2km till EdsbergsEdsbergs Sportfält med skidbacke, bikepark, höghöjdsbana, löparslingor och konstgräsplaner.
