Mountain Momma Homestead Cottage

A quaint studio guest house located in one of the many hollers of West Virginia. Less than 1 mile from I64, the house is roughly 300 sq. feet, centrally located between Charleston, New River Gorge, and Huntington. This guest house is equip with an outdoor space that includes a firepit and grill. It is located close to the main living quarters, but it is disconnected. In Cross Lanes, WV, we took our cues from those folks on TV and created a short term rental out of the storage unit! Conveniently located just off I 64 and only 1 mile to the Mardi Gras casino.

This remodeled suite, located on the back half of a duplex home, faces our wooded 26 acre lot and short walk to a small pond. It has 2 porches with their own private entrance. This suite has an open area that has a king bedroom, kitchen, dining and living room, 1 full bathroom and a laundry room. Has an additional bedroom that has a full bed, its own tv and locking door. This property is within 15 minutes from 2 major hospitals, Marshall University, downtown Huntington and the Huntington Mall.

Horse Creek - Cardinal Cabin Near Ivy Branch HMT

This cabin built in 2022 includes all modern amenities with a beautiful wooden design. Located about 4 miles from the Hatfield McCoy Trails Ivy Branch location and lots of room to park then ride your side by side directly to the trails. Also close to the former Hobet Mine. A very peaceful and beautiful rural area with lots of wildlife around such as deer and turkeys. Relax by the fire pit or walk down to the creek. Only a 25 minute drive from the Southridge Shopping Center.
