This is similar in size and layout as the other home. It has two king-size bedrooms, 2 full baths, a kitchen, a dining room, a living room, laundry, and central air. Waterfront Hilltop primitive cabin over 1000' from dirt road with bunk bed and sleeping loft. Comfortably sleeps 4 but lots of space on porch and plenty of room to pitch a tent if extra sleeping area was desired. There is an outhouse near the cabin. Large boulder fire pit, park style grill and picnic table for your enjoyment. Wild apple trees, blueberries and wildlife all around. 50 acre lake for fishing or paddling and trails for walking.

Come and sit on the Veranda with a glass of wine and some cheese. You will be one block from restaurants and shops and 2 blocks from a public beach for swimming and fishing on Beautiful Keuka Lake. Many wineries, breweries and distilleries within close driving distance. There are also a handful seasonal restaurants right on the water. This is a place to slow down and recharge.

Full kitchen, laundry, three full beds, sun room, shower bathroom. Great for a night away or monthly rentals. Dogs are in the yard at times, although the cottage is pet free.
