Breezeway Guest House - Franklin, TN

Secluded, serene and private, the Guest House is a 2-story cottage that is attached to the main house through a breezeway. Downstairs are complete living quarters and a full bath, and upstairs is a spacious loft bedroom with two queen beds. The Guest House has a separate driveway, entrance and HVAC. Meant to look like an addition to the original farmhouse on the property, both were custom built in 2002 and have been featured in The Tennessean newspaper for their unique architecture and design.

It is private for the cottage guests only. We are 7 miles from downtown Nashville.

We have a Coffee Station with Keurig & pods, a Mr Coffee with a coffee grinder. Completely equipped Kitchen. Tub/shower combo. Lots of privacy on your own back deck and your own private firepit out your back door. You will see deer and wild turkey. You must be 25 or older to book
