We are nestled in a lovely rural, wooded neighborhood that feels remote, but is only a few miles from convenience. Our rental is a PRIVATE basement apartment in our home with a separate entrance about 1500 sq ft. We live upstairs with our 2 children and dog, guests will occasionally hear us. I've taken my two end bedrooms (450sq feet) and turned the space into an efficiency apartment with a cottage feel. The space has it's own entrance, bath, bedroom, pantry area, livingroom space and full kitchen. Nestled in a quiet and friendly older neighborhood-great for walking. 3.6 miles from downtown Hendersonville, 7.5 mi. to AVL airport, 30 miles to Tryon Equestrian Center. One King bed, one daybed (twin mattress). Two cats and one tiny dog live on premises but not allowed in this space.

Rhodo studio retreat

Enjoy peace and quiet here with a private entrance, space, and patio. Close to Brevard, Dupont, Pisgah. The studio is in a quiet home and neighborhood. Bike wash, tools, and help are available. Wake up to a peaceful and private view of rhododendron and mountain laurel. You may even see a white squirrel or black bear. This is our home. We work hard to create a peaceful, cozy space for you. Please read the house rules and guest manual; and treat the space gently. We very much appreciate it.

There is a sitting/TV area, a dining area with kitchenette (Smart Oven, microwave, refrigerator, coffeemaker), a comfortable queen bedroom, and a full bathroom. Ten minutes from the airport and 20 minutes to the center of Asheville, the house is in a lovely suburban setting close to dining and all that the area has to offer.

Welcome to the Blue Haven Studio, a charming one bedroom private apartment attached to the Blue Haven Main House, a short walk (0.4 miles) to Main Street and all that downtown Hendersonville offers. Our renovated apartment is furnished with contemporary furniture, a luxurious King Bed and all the modern amenities. Walk 1 block to HenDough Chicken & Donuts or Mean Mr. Mustard Cafe for breakfast or lunch, or walk 3 blocks to Dry Falls Brewing Co. for a local beer & delicious food trucks.

The Guesthouse at Deer Crossing

Our home is a custom built unique farm house which used materials off the property for much of its structure. We call it our “ barn house.” It is located down a private drive surrounded by beautiful horses and other animals. We are close to I-26 and the airport. Restaurants and theaters are 5 minutes away. **Due to the beginning of a housing construction project in the acreage behind us, there could be possible noise from Monday thru Friday. Be aware of this before you book.

The Haven

Lower level apartment with it’s own driveway and entrance. Fantastic location near Dupont State Park and Pisgah National Forest. Set in Little River Valley on a mountain top. Gorgeous views of the mountain range from the living room & the bedroom. Private outdoor seating area to enjoy the views. Please read the house rules prior to booking . Only one pet and four adults or two adults and two children over the age of 12 are suitable for this space.
