Die Wohnung wurde 2019 komplett saniert und neu ausgestattet. Sie liegt im Herzen der Maxvorstadt, umzingelt von schönen Cafés, kleinen Boutiquen, Restaurants und Bars. Sehenswürdigkeiten wie der Englische Garten, Odeonsplatz oder der Marienplatz sind alle in 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Wohnung besitzt zwei moderne Bäder mit Dusche und Badewanne. Die Betten sind super bequem und bieten Platz bis zu 7 Erwachsenen Menschen. Die Wohnung ist klimatisiert und bietet alles was man so braucht.

Das 16 Quadratmeter große Zimmer mit Bad ist in Haidhausen, einem belebten, kreativen Viertel im Münchner Zentrum. Wenige Meter entfernt sind Supermärkte, Bars und Restaurants. Du bist im EG mit separatem Eingang. Beim Betreten des Zimmers siehst du vor dir das helle Bad mit Dusche und WC, und eine Ecke mit Geschirr, Wasserkocher und Kühlschrank. Das Studio hat keine Küche. Links dann hohe Decken, ein hochwertiger Holzboden und grosse Fenster, dazu ein Schreibtisch und ein neues, richtiges Bett.

Wir bieten hier unsere komplett neu renovierte, stylische Münchner 2-Zimmer-Wohnung (56 qm) als Unterkunft an. Sie befindet sich in Bogenhausen, ca. 2km vom Zentrum. Super Anbindung über öffentliche Verkehrsmittel. Nächste U und S-Bahn-Station ist ledglich 200m entfernt, Bushaltestelle ist direkt vor der Haustür. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Wohnung ist ebenerdig mit Ausrichtung zum Hinterhof und ist somit sehr ruhig. Hochwertig, gut ausgestattete Einrichtung. WLAN vorhanden.

No TV or dishwasher in the apartment itself, dryer and washing machine available in a separate room. I am there at the Check-In to explain all to you and am happy to welcome you personally. Close to a small shopping center for all your needs. Hairstaightener / -dryer and ironing as well available.
