Welcome to our peaceful and family-friendly farmhouse cottage with 2 bedrooms 1.5 baths, located in a quiet private location just minutes away from interstate 75 Jellico exit and a short drive to many ATV trails like Royal Blue and others. For your convenience there is a circle drive easily accessible for those pulling trailers. We have lots of room to unload ATVS and trailer/ truck parking. We are located 42 miles to The University of Tennessee, and many other points of interest in Knoxville.

This apartment has a private driveway, entrance and patio space on a hilltop with an unbelievable view of the mountains and spectacular sunsets. This is a perfect home base for near by state and national parks. Please note that there are friendly, outdoor dogs on this farmland property. Indoor stair access to main house is securely locked. The Ambleside Cottage

The Ambleside Cottage offers full privacy for a single or a couple looking for a serene getaway surrounded by the beauty of the Appalachian mountains. This magical cabin is conveniently located for travelers, yet Ambleside feel like a remote retreat nestled in the woods above Elk Fork Creek. The Cottage is an adorable tiny house, offering 500 square feet of living space with a kitchenette, a sitting area, and a bathroom with a shower. The queen-size bed is upstairs in the sleeping loft.

Creekside Adventures

Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place. Our guest suite is very spacious and open. Many of our guest have let us know how inviting and relaxing it is to stay in. We also have a creek where our children use to play when they were little. Kids can easily play in it when the weather is nice but please be careful on the walls and stones. We also have a pool area that is available for swimming during late May through early September. We do not allow pets. NO PARTIES.

Orchard Mountain View Cabins is a 1135 sq ft beautiful, quiet, & peaceful cabin on top of the Cumberland Mountains with amazing mountain top views, Hot tub, & more. ATV/OHV direct trail access less than 1/2 mile from the drive to 1000s of acres. 30-40 mins you will find hiking, biking, boating, swimming, kayaking, fishing, & horseback riding. Check out Cove Lake, Norris Lake, & Big South Fork National River & Recreational Area. TN Big Orange fans come & relax after the big game.

The Perch on Pelham

Conveniently located 1 mile from exit 11 on I-75, this gorgeous apartment sits over the garage and we call it the "Perch on Pelham." There is one bedroom with a queen-size bed, perfect for your getaway. A full-size folding futon sofa bed in the living room can accommodate 2 additional people. This apartment features a full kitchen with stove, dishwasher, full-size fridge, icemaker, and Keurig. Access to the apartment is via a shared driveway with a free parking spot available.

John L. Wright Cabin

Enjoy a peaceful escape. This newly built cabin with all the modern features is located in historic Stearns, KY. Surrounded by trees and overlooking a beautiful pasture, visitors can relax and enjoy the Big South Fork and Daniel Boone National Forest hiking and horseback riding trails, kayaking, and Cumberland Falls scenic attractions. Also enjoy and view the Big South Fork scenic railway train. Security cameras are turned off when guest are occupying cabin.

Sleeping Turtle Tiny Home

We provide an escape that is situated near a spring lake with beautiful mountain views. It is located just over 11 miles off of the I75 exit. During the day you can find yourself searching out some local activities such as Cumberland Falls, Colonel Sanders Museum... When you're ready to relax; just sit back, make a campfire to roast marshmallows or fire up the barbecue grill! This is a FORMER paylake. Please don't expect to fish, as the paylake is closed.
