Parkplatz direkt am Eingang. Das Haus ist etwas hellhörig, besonders Trittschall ist hörbar. 2 Zimmer (Schlafzimmer und Wohnzimmer mit Schlafcouch) eine gut eingerichtete Wohnküche und ein 20m2 großer, gut isolierter Wintergarten. Das umgebende Gelände ist naturnah angelegt. Liege-/Spielwiese mit Grill-/Feuerplatz.
