Naturhaus Altmühltal

Our nature house consists entirely of natural building materials and uses the synergy effects of radiant heat and solar energy. The untreated wood is constructed according to the system of Bio-Solar-Haus, whereby no paint or other preservatives were processed. The solid wood floors throughout the house are oiled. In addition to natural wood such as stone pine and oak, other natural materials such as natural stone from the region (Jura marble) have been processed. The construction of the Bio-Solar house allows a natural air circulation and thus dispenses with the disadvantages of ventilation systems. There are no convection formed due to a built-ceiling and wall radiant heating.Through the house-in-house system (without vapor barrier), the water vapor can diffuse freely to the outside, causing no condensation and mold. Given the low heating energy demand in the house and the use of solar radiation, no fossil fuels are needed. Solar energy is the main energy source, only in winter can be heated if necessary with the wood stove. Service we are happy to bring you fresh, crispy and wholesome bread rolls from a BIO-bakery from our region.

Falkennest-Haus

In unmittelbarer Nähe zur fränkischen Seenplatte sowie Nürnberg und am Rande des Naturparks Altmühltal könnt ihr bei uns schöne Stunden im kleinen Dörfchen Lay genießen! Unser "Falkennest-Haus" von 1937, welches wir liebevoll saniert haben, besteht aus zwei separaten Wohnungen, welche sich wunderbar für eine große Gruppe vereinen können. Der besondere Charme aus alten Gemäuern gemischt mit modernen Elementen und neuester Ausstattung macht euren Aufenthalt zu einem einzigartigen Erlebnis!

Hier genießt ihr die Ruhe und Natur des Altmühltals in vollen Zügen. Ideal für Gruppen und Großfamilien, bietet der Hof viel Platz zum Zusammensein und Entspannen. Startet eure Ausflüge direkt vor der Haustür in die umliegende Natur und erkundet das schöne Altmühltal. Wandern, Radtouren, Kanufahren wie auch Städetrips - für jeden ist was dabei!

Willkommen in unserem auch selbst genutztem Ferienhaus. Unser Anspruch in der vollständigen Sanierung im letzten Jahr war es Form, Funktion und Nachhaltigkeit zu vereinen. Wir freuen uns sehr wenn ihr das Ferienhaus für euch selbst entdeckt. Mein Highlight im Haus ist der großzügige Wohnessbereich wo man auch mit großen Gruppen gemütlich sitzt. Bei Sonnenschein ist das Highlight natürlich der riesige Naturgarten, ob auf der Terrasse unter dem Nussbaum oder im Liegestuhl auf der Wiese

This spacious holiday home (150 sq m) sleeps 1–5 people and is spread over two floors. On the ground floor: 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed, the other with a single bed and a bunk bed), a fully equipped kitchen-diner with a dining area, a bathroom with a rain shower and toilet, and a wellness area with a hot tub, a relaxation room and a terrace. Upstairs is an open-plan loft with a sofa, TV, bar and large table – ideal for relaxing, seminars or wedding parties.

The quiet cottage is on the edge of the woods near a residential estate. There are many leisure opportunities because the cottage is located between the "Altmühltal" and the "Fränkischen Seenland" so you can do many different trips. Because of the quiet and peaceful location of our cottage we decided not to install WiFi so our guest can take time out.

Licht und Luft- Künstlerhaus für Naturliebhaber

Diese besondere Unterkunft hat einen ganz eigenen Stil. Wir hatten Lust, aus dem alten, sanierungsbedürftigen Gebäude aus den 50er Jahren etwas Attraktives zu machen. Vor allem der große Garten mit altem Baumbestand und die wunderschöne Lage nahe Regensburg haben uns motiviert, das Haus individuell auf den alten Grundmauern neu zu gestalten.
