Perfectly placed to explore South Devon – by car, ferry, river trips, or even steam train. The Dart Valley Trail takes you through ancient riverside woodlands, and there’s also one of the world’s longest and most-popular coastal trails - the South West Coast Path. Lilac Cottage is a pretty, newly refurbished, but still traditional, fishermans cottage situated on a pedestrian hill in the old part of Brixham - safe for kids and dogs - just 2 or 3 minutes walk from the town and harbour. There are 2 double bedrooms, ensuite bathroom and separate shower room, sitting room, kitchen, dining room and garden with BBQ and decking with lovely views over the marina towards Tourquay.

An ideal base for exploring Devon by car, boat, train and walking. The south west coast path, Dart Marina & steam railway are close by.
