Oconee Oasis is located in the quiet, safe, and friendly Cherokee Terrace subdivision in South Knoxville. Established in 1939, the neighborhood features lots of mature trees and abundant acreage, and is just minutes away from downtown Knoxville. This spacious suite is located at the rear lower level of the home and has a large and picturesque backyard, patio, and private driveway with free parking. Oconee Oasis is only a few miles from UT Medical Center, Neyland Stadium, and downtown Knoxville.

Amenities include: TV with Roku, (Netflix, Disney +, Hulu, ESPN+) mobile device charging station, Iron, W&D and free WiFi. Kitchenette has no stove, but does have refrigerator, sink, microwave, Keurig, Electric Kettle and Airfryer. Please, do not bring a griddle or any cooking appliances. it will set off fire alarm.

We offer a modern updated bathroom. Separate private driveway and keypad entry. Beautiful views and great walking neighborhood. Our suite is stocked with upscale hotel quality bed and bath linens and toiletries! We provide locally roasted coffee. Our goal is to provide a boutique hotel experience!

The Carriage House - The Mountains are calling

This 1 bedroom carriage house is custom built, with tall knotty pine ceilings and features a spacious open concept. There is a queen size bed and plenty of closet space. A full kitchen, including refrigerator, stove, coffee and microwave and all the necessities to prepare a meal. The 3 piece bath includes, tiled shower, makeup mirror, and hair dryer. A sectional couch for relaxing, or watching tv. You’ll have a separate parking space, and a bistro set to enjoy on the carriage house porch.

Toad Hill: Dog Friendly! Close to Smokies, Airport

This is a studio apartment that shares a roof with the main residence. It is separated from the main house by a breezeway that has spectacular views of the Smoky Mountains. It is located just 40 minutes from the Smoky Mountain National Park as well as Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg and just minutes from downtown Knoxville. It's a very easy 15 minute drive to Neyland Stadium. It's located on a cul-de-sac so there is minimal traffic. Please note, there are stairs to access the space (see pics).
