The 35sq meters studio is on a very calm hill, surrounded by a protected area (Natura 2000) (no concrete street), about 2 km from Afantou beach. The house is located just 10m from the sea, at Stegna Beach. It has one bedroom with a double bed, living room with a couch - bed, fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms and even a fireplace. there is also a spacious yard with 2 sunbeds so you can rest and sunbathe! it is 100m from the bus stop and the local shops and restaurants. There is also a parking space just outside the house. The city of Rhodes is 32Km away and Lindos is 19Km away, while Faliraki is 15Km.

Villa Kaloudis is a large and spacious house with beautiful views to green lush olive fields. The villa was built in 2013 with traditional brimstone and wooden ceiling. The rooms are colorfully decorated with modern solutions. This charming holiday home is the ideal place for a large family or a group of friends as it provides 4 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms,dinning area, pool,bbq and a nice outside terrace.
