The hot tub is open year round. The pool opens April through October. Washer/dryer, central heat and air, and parking in the driveway, shared only with the owner, who resides in the lower half of the home. 10 minutes to restaurants and shops in Smyrna, 25 minutes to downtown Nashville, 25 minutes to Franklin

The River Retreat

Our Retreat guest house is totally separate & private from our home, though on the same property.We are 35 min to Nashville.Our amazing 1000 sq ft deck (mostly covered) w/ceiling fans overlooks the river -which our yard backs up to.On the deck is a fireplace, child’s swings & sandbox.Our suite is furnished w/a queen size bed, a window seat, a kitchenette, & a small eating area.There is a cozy 2nd bdrm w/a queen size bed, small closet & chair.We also have a 120" screen for amazing movie watching.

Our peaceful 2 bedroom log cabin is nestled on 16 acres. Only 20 minutes to the airport in Nashville and 30 minutes to downtownNashville. Will sleep 8. Large screen porch with grill and outside fire pit makes it a perfect getaway from the city yet, close enough to go into Nashville! We are so close to the Baker’s School of Aeronautics that the guys love booking for their 2 week aircraft mechanics classes here at our peaceful cabin! A great getaway after being in class all day!!!!
