Hummingbird Hideaway is a beautifully restored 1879 Victorian home on Main St in Acworth's quaint downtown. Guests enjoy the entire, private 2nd floor suite of our home that offers 3 generous bedrooms & bath, a private balcony, parlor & private entrance. Nestled on 2 wooded acres, it's just 5-min. off of I-75, 6 miles to LakePoint & 30-min. drive to downtown Atlanta. Stroll downtown for a bite at one of our award-winning local eateries, enjoy a day of antiquing, shopping, or a day on the lakes.

Just north of Atlanta & 5 miles off I-75, our Hideaway on the Hill features a private entrance to a 240 sq ft private guest suite located on the bottom level of the home. There are no shared spaces. This clean, calming space is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac in a safe neighborhood great for walking the dog. An easy drive to great restaurants, shopping and the Atlanta Braves stadium. Parking is included in your stay. We welcome well-trained, healthy pups CRATED IF LEFT ALONE. Details below.

Historic Roswell Private Guest Suite & Patio

Bring your pets and enjoy a stay 1 mile from Canton Street and all that downtown Roswell has to offer. It’s also convenient to the Perimeter area, Buckhead and Alpharetta. The guest suite is located on the lower level of our home and has a private entrance with a smart lock for a fully contactless check-in experience. Completely remodeled, the guest space offers modern and comfortable accommodations. Be sure to take advantage of the swinging bed under the string lights on your private patio.

Little Farm 🐔 Cozy King Bed private driveway/entry

Cozy up at Little Farm at the foothills of the Appalachians. Perfect for couples and traveling professionals, our private walkout basement has a separate driveway and entrance, king size bed and full bath. Comfy reclining loveseat and sofa, 70” HD smart TV with sound bar with Netflix and Amazon Prime, WIFI, refrigerator, microwave, coffee bar with Keurig Coffee Maker, and bistro table. Outside enjoy the Little Farm views of our flock under gorgeous Magnolia complete with fire pit and glider.

Historic Roswell Mid-Century Modern Retreat

Short walk to Canton St. and walkable to local wedding venues. This new garden basement apartment has full sized stocked kitchen, large double vanity bathroom, fully stocked game room/billiard room, and separate private office. 10 foot ceilings throughout unit and it opens to shared backyard gardens & private patio. King size bed. Your own private driveway & entrance. While not 100% soundproof from, both upstairs and downstairs have quiet time between 10 pm and 7 am. No parties allowed.

In rural Alpharetta, a cozy and modern 1br/1ba efficiency on the outskirts of the highly sought after equestrian Milton/Golf community, pictured golf course is around he corner. Need a work location? Getting away for a weekend, a couple seeking to reconnect, or vacation? We are close to company HQs, famous Greenway for biking, hiking, walking and running. There are plenty of places to eat, shop, drink and experience the beauty of famous Milton/Alpharetta all within a 4 to 20 minute radius.

Newly renovationed, cozy in-law suite

Remodeled in-law suite in a quiet area of Marietta! Amenities are: bedroom with queen bed/dresser, bathroom w/ shower, fully equipped kitchen, living room w/ TV & washer/dryer. WIFI available. The suite can comfortable fit 2 adults. There will be additional fee for extra adults/children. As for pets, only 1 dog is allowed but it will be a case by case basis & there will be a $60 pet fee. If your dog is left alone, must be crated while away. Please reach out beforehand for approval.

While this home has not been used for filming, all of the surrounding properties have and it is mentioned on local tours due to its unique design & eccentric holiday decor that is displayed year round.
