Walk out of the house and walk on to Cedar Beach! Our house is the only one situated directly on a public beach in the City! It is located on the bicycle path, and is two blocks from the Dunkirk Lighthouse, as well as Point Gratiot Park. There are lake views from the living room, kitchen, sun room porch & 2nd floor master bedroom. There are cathedral ceilings on the entire 2nd floor. The sun porch has a seating area for 4, where you can have your morning coffee and gaze onto the beach & water!

Welcome to Forest Retreat! We are nestled in the hills of Western New York, 23 miles to Chautauqua Lake and 14 miles to Lily Dale. This unique home is near several wedding venues and the Earl Cardot Overland Trail, which is surrounded by 2,300 acres of state forest. We are located between 2 local ski resorts, and only 87 miles south of Niagara Falls State park. Relax by the fire, kayak, or fish in the 2 acre pond and just enjoy the scenery. We do require a signed waiver to utilize the pond.

Welcome to our charming, old (but newly renovated!) Orchard Park Village Farmhouse! Large, but cozy, living and dining spaces and a huge kitchen with all the amenities. We have 2 large bedrooms, each is a "master suite" with bathroom and walk-in closets. In one bedroom, the king bed can be converted to 2 twins, if required. Queen sleeper sofa in living room. Take it easy at this remodelled, well stocked, peaceful, family friendly, vacation spot. Fish, swim, kayak, golf, visit wineries or just watch nature. Located in Sunset Bay, a beautiful sandy beach on Lake Erie, 10 minute walk away. This is a beach community, during the summer it is very active, two beach bars in the bay. There are boat launches nearby. Trains pass nearby, which may disturb your sleep. This area is 40-50 min. drive to the Buffalo/Niagara Falls area.

Village Retreat, with four bedrooms and large yard

Enjoy the peaceful, private experience at our village home in Gowanda. The entire house with yard, patio and front porch are included. Downstairs bath updated in 10/23 and half bath (toilet and sink) installed on second floor 1/24. A new playset was added 7/23. Well-behaved pets are allowed with advance notice. Damage or extra cleaning due to pets will be charged. Window AC unit located on first floor and in the 3 upper bedrooms during summer months.
