Tropical Studio is a very cozy apartment 100% sustainable, totally independent, located on the ground floor of a large Andalusian country house. It has two terraces, a spacious garden with lush green lawns and a eco-salt pool with wide sunbathing areas. All of this is surrounded by 3,000m² of certified organic land with orange, avocado, centenary olive and other southern trees. The property is in Órgiva, surrounded by relaxing nature, Moorish cultural landscape and unspoilt mountain scenary.

La casa esta perfectamente equipada con todo el menaje de cocina, ropa de cama y toallas. Desde la casa al pueblo hay tres minutos en coche o 10 minutos caminando por un sendero. ***Las mascotas solo se adimitirán previo aviso a los anfitriones y asumirán un plus en la tarifa***

La casita fue originalmente la cuadra de una casa familiar y ha sigo cuidadosamente rehabilitada. You will love my place because it is a penthouse with incredible views of the Alhambra from its wonderful terrace. The lift will take you directly to the floor where you will find an incredibly sunny and bright space. Comfortable beds and fully equipped kitchen. My accommodation is good for couples. It is located in the Paseo de los Tristes, that is, in the lower part of the Albaizin.

Detached house with 150m2 of patio and garden in two terraces and small private pool. The house, 180m2, has on the ground floor living room, distributor, dining room, kitchen and toilet; upstairs three bedrooms, two bathrooms, distributor, laundry and cleaning room. All rooms overlook the garden of the house, some to the Alhambra and Sierra Nevada, and a bedroom to the Placeta del Conde and the garden of our neighbors. There are two smoke and carbon monoxide detectors.

Two living rooms and a fully equipped kitchen complete the interior part. Outside you can relax in a very nice garden with terrace and private salted swimming pool (less than 10% of salt compared with sea water and no chemicals).
