From the property you can reach beautiful hiking and biking trails, ski trails, ski lifts and the dreamy climatic health resort of Saig. The 35 square meter apartment was designed entirely in-house and expanded with high standards of design and materials. The stylishly furnished bedroom and living room with wallpaper in the mystical Black Forest print and a view of nature is just one of the many highlights.

Sie besteht aus einem Zimmer mit Doppelbett, einem Wohn- und Essbereich, einem neuen Badezimmer und einem sonnigen Balkon. Die Wohnung ist renoviert, modern und gut ausgestattet. Von der ruhigen Wohnlage ist man in 10 Min. fußläufig am See, in 15 Min. am Bahnhof und kann daher ideal als Ausgangspunkt für jegliche Aktivitäten (z.B. mit der Hochschwarzwald Card) genutzt werden.
