The Painter’s Cabin situated on a quiet backroad, offers a relaxed luminous space overlooking a lovely garden with a view of Totnes castle and the distant Dartmoor hills. No need for a car, this spacious retreat is only a five-minute walk from the town center and the iconic river Dart with its walks to Sharpham and Dartington estates.

Primrose Studio - pet-friendly, private parking

Welcome to Primrose Studio, a self-contained apartment on a quiet, private drive - just 2 mins walk to the centre of Totnes. Satnav won’t find us - our check in directions will ! Beautifully converted in 2021 - with slate/wooden floors with underfloor heating, wood-burning stove, bathroom with roll-top bath and walk-in shower, and a separate fully-equipped galley-kitchen. The studio has its own front door, with its own parking space right outside. Ideal for couples, we welcome family pets too.

Rose Cabin Totnes Devon

Lovely wooden cabin at the bottom of garden, very close to river, with separate access via a side walk along the main house. 5 minutes walk from a diving platform for wild river swimming. Walk to Totnes high street in 15-20 minutes along main road, or take the 20-30 minute beautiful riverside walk. The house is very close to the cycle route to Dartington/Totnes. We are also only a 20 minute (uphill) walk to Dartington Hall. Beaches 20 minutes drive away, Dartmoor national park 20 minute drive.

Native American Tipi,

Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape sleeping in a traditional Native American tipi with a separate luxury shower and kitchen area, situated in the paddock there is a garden swing to sit and watch the Alpacas graze nearby. We supply a fire pit and logs are available for a small added cost and can be purchased here from us, We are an adult only site on a working small holding and unable to have dogs on site for insurance reasons. This welcoming, spacious cottage has been lovingly restyled. On one level, it is very peaceful and quiet and set within its own private sunny garden with a lovely decked seating area. It is adjacent to the lake and park - offering fabulous walks on your doorstep. It is conveniently located to explore all that beautiful South Devon has to offer, both the beaches and Dartmoor. It is within a stones throw of the train and bus stations and walking distance to the local market town.

Cosy 17th century Grade II listed cottage ,Totnes

Having undertaken a major modernisation the cottage retains many historical features . Sleeping 6 in 3 double bedrooms there is a large kitchen diner , sitting room with log burner , bathroom with bath and separate shower and a downstairs cloakroom . The enclosed small garden to the rear offers lovely views and the opportunity to star gaze at night . We allow flexible check in and check out times if there are no bookings either side. One dog is welcome for a booking fee of £60.
