We are opposite the slipway so have easy access to launch. A 5 min walk to Fowey’s shops & restaurants. We have a 1 bed flat sleeps 2, The Slipway Suite four doors away.

The Garden Studio Sunny, stylish private suite

The Garden Studio is a delightfully sunny, stylish suite on the second floor of an imposing granite townhouse in the historic heart of bustling, Medieval Lostwithiel. Enjoy a super-king sized bed, large private bathroom with double shower and two pretty balconies. Private access is through a door in the wall of the of the 'secret' garden - which guests are welcome to enjoy. The suite is accessed via an external staircase. Pottery lessons can be booked on request in my on-site pottery studio.

There has been a mill on this site since 1298 and in 2019 we completely refurbished the current 18th century milll to a very high standard to ensure a truly comfortable and magical getaway. Only a 5 minute walk into Wadebridge and Camel Trail, the town boasts some lovely independent shops, restaurants, bars and bike hire.
