Das 16 Quadratmeter große Zimmer mit Bad ist in Haidhausen, einem belebten, kreativen Viertel im Münchner Zentrum. Wenige Meter entfernt sind Supermärkte, Bars und Restaurants. Du bist im EG mit separatem Eingang. Beim Betreten des Zimmers siehst du vor dir das helle Bad mit Dusche und WC, und eine Ecke mit Geschirr, Wasserkocher und Kühlschrank. Das Studio hat keine Küche. Links dann hohe Decken, ein hochwertiger Holzboden und grosse Fenster, dazu ein Schreibtisch und ein neues, richtiges Bett.

ich überlasse meine wunderschöne, sehr helle, neu möblierte Wohnung, da ich aus beruflichen Gründen, häufig verreise. Das extravagante 70er Jahre Architektenhaus, befindet sich im Schwabing West, unweit des Bonnerplatzes (U3) /U2 & bietet dort vielseitige Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Wohnung verfügt über einen großen Wohnraum, mit anschließender Küche. Ein großes Bad & separaten Gäste WC. Ein Ankleideraum ist vorhanden. Im Waschkeller befindet sich eine Waschmaschine und ein Trockner.
