The home is situated on 10 acres offering places to explore and hike in the woods and a fire pit out back. Two minutes from Warren Village and 8 to Waitsfield provide you with dining and shopping close by. This home is well equipped with all you need to enjoy a home cooked meal with a cozy living room to play games and entertain.

Perfect for skiing, snow shoeing, mountain biking & hiking. Condo is walking distance to chairlift. Short drive to Warren Falls, Mad River Glen, Mount Ellen and many delicious restaurants. The condo is within walking distance (5 minutes) to Clay Brook Hotel, where many weddings are held.

Enjoy all Vermont has to offer in this bright, airy space minutes away from Burlington and the mountains. On 14 acres with a brook, it’s a short walk down a dirt road to a historic covered bridge and town common. Fall colors are breathtaking when taken in from the barn deck, while Spring and Summer visitors enjoy free concerts on the town green on Sundays.
