The stunning apartment is located in one of the most sunny parts of Madeira .Villa to Pombal is a two floor building ,that contain two separate apartments. Each apartment have private entrance. Apartment is located 5 min. drive to sandy Calheta beach. 25 fountain walk begin is about 10min. drive from apartment.

Our place is a pleasant 12-minute walk from the Reids Palace, a 25-minute from Park Santa Catarina, or 30 minutes from the historic Sé Cathedral for those who enjoy a relaxing pace, or a short 5-minute drive. This light-filled ground-floor apartment, with a huge outdoor area, offers one queen-size bed suite, a bedroom with two twin beds, and an office. You will get two bathrooms: one private (with a shower) and one with a bathtub. The apartment can accommodate up to four guests.

This light and cosy studio-apartment is a newly renovated one-bedroom-flat with two large beds, a complete bathroom, a well-equipped kitchenette and a very comfortable living-room. WARNING Since October 1st, a tourist tax of €2/day/person must be charged for a maximum of seven days . The corresponding amount must be paid in cash on the day of check-in. This amount will then be transferred to the Funchal City Council by the host.

At the end of the promenade you will find a sandy beach.
